Notice appropriate recital attire in the above photo.
Practice in recital shoes during the preceding week.
Performance practice (no stops or pauses) four times daily for two weeks preceding the recital.
After studying with Mrs. Croddy for eleven years, it's hard to imagine a music teacher with more patience, ingenuity, and creativity. Though it is essential, she teaches much more than just technique: how to learn, discipline, musicality. I cannot thank Mrs. Croddy enough for giving me the ability to express myself through music.
